Terms of Service
The rules of the road for workers, employers, and staff using WorkPerDiem.
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using WorkPerDiem, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Employers, workers, and staff each have role-appropriate access to dashboard and tooling surfaces.
3. Job Listings & Applications
Employers are responsible for the accuracy of job postings. Workers submit applications in good faith. We do not guarantee hiring outcomes and are not a party to employment agreements between users.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the service, scrape data without permission, harass users, post fraudulent jobs, or circumvent security. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
5. Payments & Subscriptions
Employer purchases and subscriptions are processed according to the pricing and checkout flows presented at the time of purchase. Refunds and billing disputes are handled per the policies stated in checkout and employer communications.
6. SMS/Text Messaging Terms
WorkPerDiem may send recurring SMS/text messages to users who opt in. Messages may include job alerts, application updates, account notifications, hiring tips, platform updates, and related service communications.
You can opt in by checking the SMS consent checkbox on a WorkPerDiem registration, profile, or account form where your mobile number is collected. The SMS checkbox is optional, is not preselected, and consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase, account registration, or use of the platform.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Please review our Privacy Policy for additional information about how SMS consent and mobile data are handled.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WorkPerDiem is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
