Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate authenticated sessions, protect accounts, and keep the service reliable. You can control cookies through your browser settings. The site may show a cookie notice; acknowledging it stores a simple preference in your browser so we do not repeat the prompt on every visit.
Email preferences and marketing opt-out
Workers and employers can manage job alerts, application notifications, and digest emails from their dashboards. Public preference pages are available at /email-preferences.php, including legacy paths such as /unsubscribe.php and /auth/unsubscribe.php that route to the same guidance.
SMS Privacy and Mobile Consent
When you opt in to receive SMS/text messages from WorkPerDiem, we may collect your mobile phone number, SMS consent status, opt-in source, consent timestamp, IP address or device/browser metadata where available, and message history needed to send, manage, and document the SMS program.
We use SMS information to send WorkPerDiem job alerts, application updates, account notifications, hiring tips, platform updates, and HELP/STOP responses. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, shared with lead generators, or used by third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
Resume files and employer applicant controls
Resume files are private attachments. Workers access their own resumes; employers may access resumes only for applications tied to their listings, with ownership enforced on every request. Employers may use applicant blocklists for operational integrity; blocklist data is not shown on public job pages.
4. Disclosure
We may share data with employers you apply to, service providers who assist our operations, and when required by law.
