Key Responsibilities:
Assist with wire pulling and termination for anode furnace systems
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot AC/DC power systems
Bend and install EMT and rigid conduit
Interpret and work from electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings
Execute installation of electrical systems and equipment in accordance with project specifications
Ensure compliance with all applicable safety regulations and quality standards

Lincoln, NE. Per diem and hotel provided for projects requiring overnight stay outside of Lincoln, NE.
What You'll Do:
Lead daily field operations for millwright crews on active job sites
Plan and coordinate manpower, schedules, and work sequencing
Enforce safety standards, conduct inspections, and lead jobsite safety meetings
Read and interpret drawings, layouts, and project plans
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and leadership
Track labor hours, equipment use, and material needs
Solve field issues quickly to keep projects on schedule
Travel approximately 50% (overnight travel includes per diem)
