Back Up Driver/ Sheet Metal Decking Installer

Driver/Sheet Metal Deck Installer/Ironworker role combining sheet metal decking installation on steel framing with shear stud work. As a back-up driver, the role includes transporting the crew from their hotel or Airbnb to the project in the company truck. Nationwide travel required. Reliable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working at heights and in varied weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lay and attach metal decking on steel structures
• Operate hand, power, pneumatic, and powder-actuated tools safely and effectively
• Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition
• Accurately report time and attendance using technology
• Comply with OSHA, customer, and company safety standards
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Work Schedule: Full-time; hours based on job site requirements.

• Preferred Certifications (Not Required but a Plus):
• - OSHA 10-Hour Construction Safety Certification
• - Welding Certification
• - Aerial Lift Certification
• Requirements:
• - 100% nationwide travel required
• - You must have your own transportation
• - You're responsible for your own lodging
• - Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
• - Ability to lift at least 75 lbs and work at heights over 40 feet
• - Experience working with hand, power, pneumatic, and powder-actuated tools
• - Must be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• - Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
